1. Discovery Call

We start with a quick, no-pressure call to learn more about your business, your goals, and the kind of images you need. Whether you're updating a single headshot or planning a full brand refresh, we'll talk through your vision and recommend the best-fit service or package.

2. Creative Planning

Next, we dive into the details. This phase includes a planning questionnaire and creative consult where we map out everything from wardrobe and props to shot lists and set design. We'll define the vibe, visuals, and strategy—so your session is fully aligned with your brand.

3. Photo Session

It’s go time! Your shoot will take place in our downtown Chattanooga studio (or on location, depending on your needs). If you've booked professional hair and makeup, you'll be pampered and polished before we start. With curated lifestyle sets, expert direction, and a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

4. Image Selection & Delivery

After the shoot, you'll receive a curated proofing gallery to review and select your favorite images. Once you’ve made your picks, we’ll professionally retouch them and deliver your final files in high resolution—ready for web, print, and every platform where your brand lives.
